Tennis and racquetball courts are four blocks away. Cocoa Beach public golf course is six miles south on SR A1A, with other courses on the mainland. Only a few steps to the beach, this unit rents weekly or monthly. (7 nights minimum stay is required/mandated by the City of Cape Canaveral).
